2. Service Description
OptiShifts provides workforce scheduling, employee management, and analytics tools.
3. Accounts
- Users must provide accurate information
- Employers are responsible for managing employee accounts
4. Data Responsibility
- Employers are responsible for the data they upload
- OptiShifts processes data on behalf of the employer
5. Acceptable Use
Users may NOT:
- Use the system unlawfully
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Upload malicious content
6. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
7. Limitation of Liability
OptiShifts is not liable for indirect damages or business losses.
8. Termination
We may suspend accounts for misuse.
9. Changes
Terms may be updated.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
