OptiShifts ("we", "our", "the system") is a workforce management and scheduling platform designed for businesses.

We are committed to protecting the privacy of users and employees whose data is processed through the platform.

Employee ID
Work schedules and attendance

Hourly wage / salary (if provided by employer)

Scheduling data

Sales data (if integrated)
Location data (for geofence check-in)

3. Purpose of Processing

Data is stored on Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure

The employer (tenant using the system)
Authorized service providers (hosting, analytics)

Data is retained as long as necessary for business operations and legal compliance. Employers control retention of their employees' data.

All employee data is owned by the employer (tenant).

OptiShifts acts as a data processor.

9. International Transfers

Data may be stored outside Israel using secure cloud providers.
