Every plan can define as many shifts as the business needs and run scheduling with dynamic shifts. The number of scheduling runs is set separately by plan.

A run is a request for the system to build a schedule proposal. You can update your data and ask for another proposal, within your plan quota. A run that could not produce a schedule also counts toward the quota.

Fits when one unit, basic scheduling and the employee app are enough. Check employee and run limits on the Basic plan.

Several roles and weekly changes

When you need attendance, reports, advanced run modes or more units, that is usually the Advanced plan.

Forecasting, several sites and integrations

Workforce forecasting, using a forecast in a run, and a higher unit cap open on the Max plan. Details are in the table.
